the staff provided friendly and helpful service , it was ok.
the breakfast was a true disappointment, i found the fruit salad contained overripe fruit and i did not find any bananas. the scrambled eggs tasted quite artificial and the bacon was too chewy for my taste. the overall variety of fresh fruit seemed very limited.

dry breadbroken climate
the breakfast was a letdown. the bread was very dry and didn't taste good. the bathroom was not clean. also, the climate control was broken, so there was very little air.

poor communicationexcuses making
The room cleaning was only every other day. I was not informed about that upon arrival. I tried to call the service repeatedly. No one answered. A supervisor made excuses about the number of rooms to be cleaned. There was not even an apology. The entire experience was disappointing. I expected better communication.
