overripe fruit chewy bacon
the staff provided friendly and helpful service , it was ok.
the breakfast was a true disappointment, i found the fruit salad contained overripe fruit and i did not find any bananas. the scrambled eggs tasted quite artificial and the bacon was too chewy for my taste. the overall variety of fresh fruit seemed very limited.

dry bread broken climate
the breakfast was a letdown. the bread was very dry and didn't taste good. the bathroom was not clean. also, the climate control was broken, so there was very little air.

spacious room amazing view friendly staff
the room was spacious with an amazing city view. everything was clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. i was surprised by the elevators' speed as i was on the 17th floor.
the room looked pretty tired and in need of refurb.

the hotel is right next to the metro. it is a short walk to the metro station. the metro provides a convenient connection to many key areas.

the hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. there are multiple options at breakfast, and the food is very tasty (especially the omelette). the hotel also provides parking in the garage, secure.

Acceptable stay with some issues.
poor communication excuses making
The room cleaning was only every other day. I was not informed about that upon arrival. I tried to call the service repeatedly. No one answered. A supervisor made excuses about the number of rooms to be cleaned. There was not even an apology. The entire experience was disappointing. I expected better communication.
